The Need list from all teams:
1. Listing of Players with jersey number & sizes (if applicable) (please email to Jessica@skamoog.com even if you completed on Zorts) 

2. Validation of player ages => please register team on Zorts (if you are unfamiliar with Zorts, please obtain age verification support for each player and provide to Ska'moog (e.g., copy of birth certificate)).

3. Waiver forms completed by parent or legal guardian for all players.  There are two waivers for this event:
    1) NY Jets Waiver (must be completed hard copy)
    2) Ska'moog Waiver (please complete on Zorts by legal parent/guardian or can complete hard copy)

Gameday Registration/Jersey Pickup Process:
 
- Head Coaches will check the team-in and collect the game jerseys, if applicable.  Coaches please bring the completed waivers for all players to the registration desk (and age verification documentation where applicable). 
- All coaches will be asked to sign an acknowledgement that their kids are of the appropriate age and they will only hand the jerseys to the appropriate players.
- Teams will receive 2 wrist bands for coaches to enter the field.
